Free Park Shuttle: Ashford to Paradise
The Ashford shuttle departs from the information kiosk between Whittaker's Bunkhouse and Whittaker Mountaineering. Free parking is available. Get the complete schedule here
Beginning June 24th through Sep 4th, Mount Rainier National Park visitors will be able to ride a shuttle from Ashford, six miles from the park's Nisqually Entrance, to Longmire. In Ashford, park at Whittaker Mountaineering and board the shuttle at the adjacent information kiosk. The service is available Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 9:15 a.m. with the last shuttle leaving Longmire at 7:50 p.m. Although the shuttle itself is free, visitors will be required to pay the park entrance fee of $5 per person.
