Founded in 1989 by Jeff Celski, this once rugged gravel quarry has been transformed into a peaceful trail-riding haven, surrounded by forested beauty and mountain views.

From humble beginnings—tying up a few horses by the roadside to attract curious travelers—Jeff poured his heart into building safe, scenic trails that now wind through old-growth forests, across streams, and up ridges with panoramic views. Today, with over two decades of experience, E.Z. Times is known for offering guided trail rides through some of Washington’s most breathtaking terrain.

Whether you’re a first-time rider or an experienced horse enthusiast, there’s a trail for you. Our routes vary from easy, relaxed rides through wooded paths to more challenging adventures that lead to overlooks of Alder Lake, the Nisqually River, and even up-close views of Mt. Rainier’s snowcapped peak.

On horseback, you’ll have a chance to see elk, deer, black bear, and maybe even a mountain lion in their natural habitat—not to mention the many species of birds that call these hills home. Our horses are gentle, well-trained, and make every ride a pleasure.
